How to make Internet Explorer my default browser?

1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools menu
3. Select Internet Options.
4. Select the Programs tab.
5. Click the box near to "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser"
6. Click OK
7. Close Internet Explorer.
8. Reopen Internet Explorer. A window will appear asking whether you'd like Internet Explorer to be your default browser.
9. Click "Yes"
