Ask Selva: Everytime I boot, I get a balloon tip saying "Your computer is at risk! No firewall is turned on. Click this balloon to fix this problem." I checked "Don't monitor" but it goes back to "OFF" on the next boot. What can I do?

Everytime I boot, I get a balloon tip saying "Your computer is at risk! No firewall is turned on. Click this balloon to fix this problem." I checked "Don't monitor" but it goes back to "OFF" on the next boot. What can I do?

Just stop the service called "Security Center"

Start -> Run > services.msc
Select "Security Center"
Right click -> Stop

Done!
