There are few windows utilities available. But I'd suggest a free Disk cleaner, which is free and effective.
Usually junk files appear as a result of program's incomplete uninstalls, or Temporary Internet Files. At some point, these files use a considerable amount of space on your drives.

u can also use cleanup.exe. its a freeware. and quiet effective
