Why I could not store files bigger than 2MB in my Pendrive? Is it a Virus Problem?

This is not a Virus Problem.
Pen drives formatted in FAT 32 format, can not store files bigger than 2MB.

Follow the steps below to format your pen drive to NTFS File System.
  • Go to My Computer
  • Right Click
  • Select File System as NTFS
  • Click Format -> OK

How to Remove AUTORUN.INF virus manually?

Using simple DOS commands we can easily remove Autorun.inf Virus (It spreads thru USB devices like, pen drives)

Boot your system in Safe Mode Command Prompt.

To confirm the Autorun.inf infection
  • Type CD \ - This takes you to the root directory of drive C
  • Type DIR /AH - To Display all hidden.
    If you find a file: AUTORUN.INF, it confirms the infection of the virus.
    If you find a folder :RECYCLED, it also confirms the infection.

To remove the infection.
  • ATTRIB -H -R -S C:\AUTORUN.INF - unhides the hidden file autorun.inf
  • DEL C:\AUTORUN.INF
  • Repeat these steps to other drives also.

AUTORUN.INF virus. Is it in my system? How to check?

  1. Start ->Run->(Type)Command
  2. Type CD\ in drive C to go the root directory
  3. Type DIR /AH and press ENTER key.
This will show all hidden files in drive C.
If you could see "AUTORUN.INF file" and "Recycled folder", then your computer is infected.

How to check it's in my USB?
Try the same steps to your USB drive and check if your USB stick contains the Recycled folder and AUTORUN.INF file. If it does then your USB is really infected.

Why google is denied to access by kaspersky? How to solve it?

  1. There is a problem with the update of KIS 2009 8.0.0.357
  2. this can be fixed by updating to the latest version of the software.
  3. Remove your current version in add/remove programmes, when prompted save ONLY your activation data.
  4. Click this link to download the latest version : http://www.kaspersky.co.uk/kis_latest_ve...
  5. Install the latest version.
  6. Restart your system
  7. once your machine has powered up, you will be told “licence is already installed” and prompted to carry on through the wizard.
  8. Complete the wizard, restart and update, and try google again.

"Youtube is banned you fool, The administrators didn't write this program guess who did??", I get this message, whenever I tried to enter youtube.com.

You are getting this message and prevented from entering into www.youtube.com, because of a "USB Worm". The worm spreads through USB devices like pen drive. So be careful when you use USB devices in public places like internet cafes.

You can find this worm inside a folder called Heap41a
By removing this folder you can remove the USB Worm and start using Firefox again.

But this is a hidden folder in C drive. So you can't see it.
So follow the steps to enter into the folder and remove the worm.


Delete C:\Heap41a folder.
Steps to Delete C:\Heap41a folder and remove USB Worm.
  • Open Windows Explorer
    Type C:\Heap41a ( in address bar ) and press enter.
    ( To unhide the hidden folder Heap41a).
  • Click and download AutoHotkey.INI (a file to remove the worm) to Heap41a folder.
  • Go to Heap41a folder.
  • Double click a file called svchost.exe to execute.
  • A message box will appear. Press Ok
  • Go to C: dirve (using My Computer or thru Windows Explorer)
  • Delete C:\Heap41a folder.

"I DNT HATE MOZILLA BUT USE IE OR ELSE" - I could not open Firefox, I get only this message. How to stop it?

You are getting this message and prevented from using Firefox, because of a "USB Worm". The worm spreads through USB devices like pen drive. So be careful when you use USB devices in public places like internet cafes.

You can find this worm inside a folder called Heap41a
By removing this folder you can remove the USB Worm and start using Firefox again.

But this is a hidden folder in C drive. So you can't see it.
So follow the steps to enter into the folder and remove the worm.

How to Remove Norton Anti Virus from my PC completely? I tried many times. But unable to remove it.

It's not so easy to remove Norton by using the Windows utility. You need to carefully remove from Registry also. It's little tricky and long process. Please do the cleaning with care.

First Step
  • Remove Norton using Windows utility
  • Start --> Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs.
  • Select Norton application
  • Click Change --> Remove All.
  • You will be asked to restart your PC. Without fail Restart
Second Step
  • Start --> My Computer --> Program Files.
  • Right click on each Symantec folder
  • Select Delete.
  • Go to the Common Files folder at or near the top of the Program Files window.
  • Delete every Symantec folders.
  • Again restart your PC.
Third Step
  • Go to Start --> Search --> All Files and Folders --> More Advanced Options.
  • Check each option except for "Case sensitive"
  • Type 'Norton' and Search
  • Delete each Norton folder from the search results (Again, right click, choose "Delete").
  • For the third time, restart your PC.
Fourth Step
  • Go to Start --> Search --> All Files and Folders --> More Advanced Options.
  • Check each option except for "Case sensitive"
  • Type 'Symantec' and Search
  • Delete each Norton folder from the search results (Again, right click, choose "Delete").
  • For the third time, restart your PC.
Fifth Step
The is very very tricky. Do it with care :
  • Start --> Run
  • Type in "regedit"
  • Go to the top of the Regedit window.
  • Click (+) next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
  • Go down the thread until you see Software.
  • Click on Software
  • Scroll down the thread until you see Symantec.
  • Right click on Symantec and choose "Delete".
  • From there go down to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
  • Go down the thread until you see Software.
  • Click on Software
  • Scroll down the thread until you see Symantec.
  • Right click on Symantec and choose "Delete".
  • Restart your PC.
Sixth Step
  • Start --> Run
  • Type in "regedit"
  • Go to the top of the Regedit window.
  • Click (+) next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
  • Click (+) next to Software
  • Click (+) next to Microsoft, Click (+) next to Windows
  • Click (+) next to CurrentVersion.
  • Select the Run folder
  • Right-click and delete each Symantec entry you see (if present).
  • Restart your PC.
I believe these steps can clean your system without Norton Antivirus programs
